I have recently discovered the power of Jesus, and it has been amazing. There was no magic lighting bolt type moment just a gradual realisation that this is the truth. Our purpose is to honour his by serving Jesus.

I am currently working my way through the bible for the first time snd some other Christian books and I wanted to share my experiences on this website and share the love of god. You’ll just find the ramblings of a new Christian your also find no social media, no advertisements. Just keeping it plain and simple. All thoughts are my own and do not represent any organisation. 

It’s been a year now since I was out in Torquay, Devon far away from home. I was feeling down, feeling unfulfilled. A pastor approached me and talked to me offering me a free bible which I took and at first I just put it to one side and did not pay much attention to it. Then as time went by I kept picking it up and reading a few lines, just a few lines at a time then putting it down again. It came with a few leaflets which were inspiring too. I am not the best reader so this then inspired me to search on my Audible account for Christian books which lead me to loads of titles and hours of listening which I have slowly been enjoying.

I have always been a man who has had same sex attraction and before discovering Jesus my life revolved around the hook up apps and were my next bit of ‘fun’ was going to be. I realise now how short sighted and how temporary this was.

I believe God loves us all, we are all his children. We are all brothers with Jesus. He loves everyone including Gay, Bi and Trans people. The message of Jesus was a gift to all of us and we should rejoice in this.

I now know the truth, the holy trinity exists, it’s real. 

I know I am at the start of a long journey, a journey of a lifetime. I just wanted to share my experiences with you, as I start this incredible journey.
